Corporate Plan 2004/2008 Consultation Project

The Healthcare Commission wished to implement a consultation process for its ‘Inspecting, Informing, Improving: Corporate Plan 2004/2008’, which outlines the Healthcare Commission’s workplans for the next four years. They contracted Connect to create the online corporate plan and consultation tool.

This involved the creation of an online version of the plan which incorporated mechanisms for consultation. Additionally, Connect developed a separate online consultation questionnaire.

Feedback gathered during the consultation period (the consultation finished in June 2004) was fed into a database so that the information could be accessed and downloaded by the Commission on a continual basis.
